Hi. Ive Got a similar set up but I wired the inverter from the battery terminals rather then from the solar regulaters 12 Volt out put. Another thing the light that indicates the battery status constanly is flashing amber whilst the solar charge light is flashing green. Any suggestions why the battery indicater light on the charge controller is flashing>?

Good video but, if I’m not mistaken this is the low productivity panel. I saw other designs that seemed to be more productive. Never the less, thumbs up for a very educative video, I hope that many will start using solar panels soon. Keep up the good work!

Have been thinking about it for a while but this just show how “easy” it really is! And perhaps using new /much cheaper) LED lamps (running on 12V, replacements for Halogen lights basically) would probably be possible as well and then simply not need the inverter to 240V even?
